Try Arugula!
Arugula, also known as garden rocket salad, is a highly nutritious leafy green vegetable of Mediterranean origin. It belongs to the brassica family- acruciferous vegetable, hence is a rich source of certain "anti-cancer" phytochemicals such as indoles, thiocyanates, sulforaphane and isothiocyanates.
