September Leg Burner Workout

Good Morning Fitness Fans!

Today's workout is for our legs...feel the burn!


Leg Burner
Body Weight Squat (x15)
Donkey Kicks (x15 per side)
Lunges (x10 per side)
Mountain Climbers (30 seconds)
Hip Lifts (x25)
Repeat 3 times with 5-10 second break in between all exercises!
