Arm Shaping Workout

Tricep Dips (x15)
Push Ups (x15)
Plank (45 seconds)
Shoulder Press (x15)
Bicep Curls (x15)
Bent Over Rows (x15)

Repeat 3 times with 5-10 second break in between all exercises!
