Jump Lunges (x20)
Side Plank (30 seconds each)
Lateral Raises (x15)
Chest Press on Stability Ball with Butt Holds (x15)
Ball Hand Offs (x10)
Rows (x15)
Straight Leg Lifts (x10)
Supermans (x15)
Goblet Squat (x12)

Repeat 2-3 times!
